We collect only what we need to quote and perform your service.

• Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (year, make, model, color, size), the condition of your paint, your preferred timing and contact method, and anything you write in the notes field of our quote form.
• Photos you send us. If you text, email, or message photos of your vehicle, we retain them to prepare your quote and document the work performed.
• Communications. Records of calls, texts, emails, and messages between us.
• Analytics data. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring source. Your IP address is anonymized. Decline and no analytics cookies are set.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles that information under their own terms.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

• Our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), which stores your contact record and sends appointment communications on our behalf
• Our website host (Vercel), which processes standard server request data
• Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics cookies
• Our payment processor, for deposits and invoices
• System X and Carfax, to register your coating warranty and submit the service record — only for coating clients, and only the information required for registration

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode, which means analytics storage is denied by default. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are always active.

How long we keep information

Quote requests that do not become appointments are retained for up to 24 months. Client records, service history, and photographs are retained for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet tax and recordkeeping requirements, typically seven years. You may request earlier deletion.

Your choices

• Access or correction. Ask us what we hold about you, and we will provide or correct it.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.
• Opt out of texts. Reply STOP to any message.
• Opt out of email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. Photography and published work

We photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality documentation. We may publish these images on our website and social media. We do not publish license plates, VINs, or any information identifying you or your address. If you would prefer your vehicle not be published at all, tell us at drop-off and we will honor it — no explanation needed.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so that there is less to lose.
